About Us
Our Nurses and Carers are available for duty from just 2 hours to
24 hours a day.
We are regulated by The Care Quality Commission and we are
Members of The Recruitment & Employment Confederation.
Our service is managed by a team of Registered Nurse Consultants who are available during office hours and out of hours through our 'on call' system.
We are often able to supply staff at short notice or out of office hours -as emergency situations so often dictate.
We provide free initial home care assessments for all our home based
patients - all assessments are carried out in strict confidence by one of
our Registered Nurse Consultants.

Evenings and Weekends calls are diverted to one of our 'on call' Nurses
STAFF WE SUPPLY
Registered General Nurses - Qualified Nurses who are registered with
the Nursing and Midwifery Council
Care Assistants - Experienced carers who either hold or are
working towards an NVQ in care work.
Team Leaders - Assistant Officers - Staff to manage ongoing care
in nursing and residential establishments.
Health Care Assistants - Nursing Assistants who have a hospital
based background and who hold or are working towards an NVQ in Health Care.
Home Helps - For 'pop in' calls - working as a general help to the
elderly or infirm.
Night Sleepers - Nurses or Carers who sleep over in Client's homes to
assist patients should the need arise during night time hours.
CLIENT PROTECTION
The Agency has a responsibility to its service users to ensure that
they are protected from any form of harm. We have clear policies
and procedures which our staff understand they must adhere to at
all times when working in their professional capacity as a nurse or
carer. All the Agency's policies and procedures are stored in our offices
and are available for inspection.

request.
TO USE OUR SERVICE
To book a nurse or carer through us, simply telephone our office between 09.00 hrs and 16.30 hrs. (Out of hours your calls wil be directed to our nurse on call).
If you have not used our service before, we shall need to know more about yourself or the organisation your are representing.
If you are a cient who is seeking a nurse or carer for Home-Care, we will need to make an appointment for one of our Nurse Consultants to come out to meet with you and to complete a home care assessment along with yourself and a family member should you feel you need their support.
